Château de Bordes, situated 17km from Bordeaux in the commune of Saint-Vincent de Paul, has belonged to the Quancard family since 1948.
In 1975, the winery was equipped with a private fermentation cellar designed to handle, in addition to the production of the Château itself, the harvest from small, surrounding estates.
Grapes harvested from a homogenous terroir, traditional fermentation and ageing at the Château are the components which go to make up the quality approach from which the wine of Château de Bordes is crafted..
