Acquired in 1948, Château de Bordes reflects the deep rooting of the company in the Bordeaux terroir and its new momentum from the middle of the 20th century. Situated halfway between the company’s head office in Carbon Blanc and the historic estate of Terrefort in Cubzac-les-Pont, the château originally housed a stud farm.

Tasting : An attractive, deep purple and garnet red colour. A sublte and aristocratic nose with pleasing touches of blueberry, blackberry and Morello cherry. On the palate, the wine is generous, full bodied and silky, based on a superb texture with extremely ripe tannins.
Food pairing : Perfect with red meat, poultry and cheese.
