Planting density : 8000 Vine / ha

Grape varieties : Cabernet-Franc, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot
Average age of the vine : 22 years

The wine

Blend : 55% cabernet sauvignon, 40% merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc
Vinification : Maceration for 3 week at 20/30°C.
Ageing : In vats
Ageing potential : Ready to drink now, this wine will reach its full potential around 2020-2022
Tasting : Attractive garnet colour. The nose is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, which reveals its characteristic aromas of liquorice, burnt wood and old leather. On the palate, this is a wine with plenty of character.
Food pairing : Enjoy accompagnied with red and white meat and also with cheese.
