Château Vieux Cardinal Lafaurie

Lalande-de-Pomerol - 2012

This Château is an invitation to travel through time. In the 12th century, the Knights of Saint John of Jerusalem established a hospice here to care for crusaders and pilgrims. Cabernet Franc vines were planted on the estate to provide wine for mass. Time is still a willing accomplice today, allowing the wine to fully develop elegance and body.
