Tasting A deep, garnet red colour. A nose with a subtle and extraordinarily fresh bouquet carrying touches of dark fruit, dried flowers and leather. The wine is full-bodied and silky on the palate. A wine which expresses all the elegance and excellent balance from its native terroir. A full, flavoursome finish, reminiscent of ripe grapes.
Food pairingServe as an aperitif, with white meat, game, soft cow’s cheese (Emmental) or a white crusted cheese such as a Brie de Meaux.
