Vinification : Maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 28 days at 28°C
Ageing : On the one part, maturing barrels and on the other part maturing in tank

Dégustation :
This wine has a lovely clear purple-red colour and an intense nose with aromas of burlat cherries. On the palate, it is full-bodied with delightfully silky tannins. The finish is long with notes of vanilla. A pleasure to drink !

Enjoy with cold terrines, red and white meat and also with cheese.
