Blend : 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc
Vinification : Cold maceration for a week at 8°C then fermentation with maceration for 18 days at 27°C

Dégustation :
Clear, deep colour. The nose offers aromas of fresh fruit and blueberries. Well-rounded palate with notes of undergrowth. Long finish accompanied by silky tannins.
